These terms apply to the Raredial browser extension and the service behind it (together, “Raredial”), provided by Willfinity Solutions Inc., doing business as RareDial (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Canada. By installing or using Raredial, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.
What Raredial is
Raredial shows how a watch listing's asking price compares with other listings of the same watch, and estimates what the watch would cost delivered to you, including shipping, duty and taxes. It's a shopping aid. We don't sell watches, and we're not part of any purchase you make.
Information, not advice
- Prices and verdicts are estimates. Labels like “good deal”, “fair” or “overpriced” compare asking prices on listings that are publicly available at the time. They aren't valuations, appraisals or a statement of what a watch is worth.
- Delivered costs are estimates too. Shipping, duty, taxes and fees depend on the seller, the courier, where the watch was made, your location and the rules in force when it's imported. We show some lines as “estimate” or “not included” for this reason. Always check the final cost with the seller and courier before you buy.
- Listings can be wrong or out of date. Listing details come from the marketplaces and sellers. They can be incomplete or inaccurate, and listings can change or end at any time.
- Authenticity is your responsibility. A low price can be a sign of a fake, a modified watch, parts or a scam. Raredial doesn't verify authenticity, condition or sellers.
- Nothing in Raredial is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own buying decisions.
Third-party sites
Raredial runs on and links to sites we don't control, such as eBay, Chrono24 and Reddit. Your use of those sites and any purchase you make there are governed by their terms, between you and the seller. Raredial isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Chrono24, Reddit, or any watch brand. All trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the listings being compared.
Fair use
Please don't:
- use Raredial or its server other than through the extension as intended, including scraping, bulk requests or automated access;
- try to get around usage limits, or interfere with or overload the service;
- copy, resell or redistribute the comparisons or the listing data for commercial purposes;
- reverse engineer the service to misuse it, or use Raredial for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
Availability and changes
Raredial is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time, including the marketplaces and features it supports. We'll try to give notice of significant changes in the extension's update notes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we make no warranties, express or implied, about Raredial, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose;
- we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a purchase, a seller, a courier, or reliance on a price, verdict or estimate shown in Raredial;
- our total liability for any claim relating to Raredial is limited to CAD $50.
Some places don't allow certain of these limits; where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.
Privacy
How Raredial handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Raredial after a change, you accept the updated terms.
